Homeowner's Report

What is a Homeowner's Report

A Homeowner's Report is a detailed report, generated specifically for your home.
It will include
  • A breakdown of your home's current energy efficiency, including an EPC rating
  • Recommendations for the energy improvement measures that will have the highest impact for the least financial outlay.
  • Detailed advice on what government funding may be available
  • Help with finding Trustmark Registered installers
  • A thorough breakdown of the cost and energy effectiveness of the measures available.
  • All reports include an in-depth follow up call with one of our Retrofit Avisors, who will discuss in details the options available to you, and help you understand the costs and benefits.

This report was produced for a current project we are carrying out for Suffolk County Council.

Under their Suffolk Retrofit Voucher Scheme, we are carrying out hundreds of Retrofit  Assessments and producing Homeowner's Reports for residents who are searching for independent and impartial expert advice on how to make their home more energy efficient, and to save money on their bills.

How much does it cost?

Our Homeowner's Reports are priced according to the size of the property in m2 of floor area.

The assessment generally takes 1 - 2 hrs. Our Energy Surveyor will visit your house and record data on the building fabric, the energy usage (lighting / heating) and will ask some questions about the occupancy of the house and how your energy is used.

If you're not sure of the floor area of your property, you may be able to find out via an existing EPC.
