Retrofit Coordinator
The Retrofit Coordinator role is mandatory for all retrofit projects undertaken in conjunction with PAS 2035 and this is fully backed by the government and TrustMark.
The Retrofit Coordinator works closely with retrofit assessors, designers, clients and stakeholders within a retrofit project to ensure the projects retrofit intended outcomes are achieved.
They are responsible for carrying out risk assessments for the measures that are being proposed and producing medium term improvement plans and option evaluations for the project.
Once the project is at its completion, the Retrofit Coordinator will lodge the project with TrustMark to evidence that the PAS 2035 process has been correctly followed.
